Nigeria's educational system encompasses both basic education and senior secondary levels, before the final tertiary education. The 9 nine years of basic education and 3 years of seconday education provides a foundation for lifelong learning and skill development. Education in KIS is structured aftert his national system besides the 5 or 6 years of early or kindergarten school.

Basic education in Nigeria typically covers primary and junior secondary levels, aiming to equip students with fundamental literacy, numeracy, and life skills. At the primary level, students typically undergo six years of education, focusing on core subjects such as Mathematics, English Language, Basic Science, and Social Studies. The junior secondary level builds upon primary education, offering three additional years of schooling with an emphasis on broader subject areas and deeper understanding. Transitioning to senior secondary education, students specialize in specific subjects based on their interests and career aspirations. Senior secondary education plays a crucial role in preparing students for higher education or vocational training, offering a diverse range of subjects and pathways. The educational curriculum at the senior secondary level includes core subjects such as Mathematics, English Language, and Civic Education, along with elective subjects in Science, Arts, and Commerce. Entry into the basic School

The first step in the entry process is for a parent to register their ward through the online form. You can use the online age checker above to check the most suitable class for your child. Registration for the relevant year of entry will open for till the first week after resumption each term.

As part of the application process and as outlined in School Fees, parents are asked to pay a registration fee to cater for the Tests and Admission processing. All students except students at the first two classes in early school are required to take a Computer Based Tests to determine their suitability for the selected class. Successful students are granted an offer at the end of the Tests
